Golden State Robotics is a California nonprofit organization in formation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide through our interest form or by email, such as:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your school, city, or community, if you provide it
- Your interest in our programs, board service, volunteering, partnerships, or support opportunities
- Optional information you include in a message
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. If you are a parent or guardian, you may tell us the general grade level of a student, but please do not submit a child’s full name, birthdate, address, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through a future enrollment process.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Maintain an interest list for the 2027 drone coding pilot and future K-8 programs
- Follow up with prospective families, schools, volunteers, board members, donors, and supporters
- Understand community interest as we design future programs
- Share occasional updates about Golden State Robotics
We do not sell personal information
Golden State Robotics does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
We may share information only when needed to operate the organization, comply with law, protect our rights, or work with service providers that help us manage communications, forms, spreadsheets, hosting, or email.
Google Forms and email
Our interest form is hosted through Google Forms, and responses may be stored in a Google Sheet owned by Golden State Robotics. If you submit the form, your information is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
If you email us directly, your message and email address will be processed by our email provider.
Donations
For now, donations and support inquiries are handled by email. We do not currently collect payment card information or process online donations through this website.
If we add a donation platform later, that platform will have its own privacy and payment terms.
Analytics
We may use basic website analytics in the future to understand site traffic and improve the website. If we enable analytics, we will use it to review aggregate usage patterns, not to sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep interest-list and inquiry information for as long as it is useful for program planning, communications, legal compliance, or organizational recordkeeping. You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing us.

You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Correct or update your information
- Ask us to remove you from our interest list
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements
